Congratulation to the Ghelamco team on Warsaw Spire! This landmark building took first place in the category of the best office and corporate investment in the prestigious MIPIM 2017 property awards in Cannes. It was the only Polish building in this year’s edition. The building of Warsaw Spire is especially important for our team as it has been one of the first applications created by Immersion. The main goal of it was to support the process of leasing the commercial space. We are proud and happy to participate in this fantastic project.
